Not all railway carriages at Undara have ensuites although they are our priority when booking this package. Only double rooms have ensuites. If you want twin rooms, ensuites will not be available. Note that you can subtract $10.00 off the prices below if you don't get an ensuite room.

Please note that this is a very popular package and accommodation can be limited during peak season (June - September). If not all components are available, we can make alternative arrangements, and put you on a wait list for the advertised accommodation.  Savannahlander at Almaden
This package offers all the tours, but staying in accommodation in Forsayth and Mt Surprise, rather than out at the tour sites. Includes transfers, tours of Chillagoe Caves and town, Cobbold Gorge and Undara, dinner and breakfast at overnight accommodation, which is at the Chillagoe Eco Lodge (ensuite cabins), Forsayth Tourist Park and Bedrock Village Van Park (ensuite cabins) in Mt Surprise.

During the peak season (June - September), it is sometimes nessessary to offer alternative accomodation to that which is advertised due to these places becoming booked out. Please note that the Undara tour offered with this package is not suitable for people who have impared mobility, as the tubes visited do not have broadwalks.

Gulflander & Savannahlander |

Gulflander / Savannahlander packages can also be arranged.
The are two basic levels of Combined Gulflander / Savannahlander packages available. These are the 'first class' and 'economy' packages from which other sub options are available. Common to both packages is the need for you make your own way out to Normanton and start your journey from there. This can be done by taking a Macair flight from Cairns to Normanton on Tuesday, then beginning your train journey on the Gulflander on the following day. We look after all your arrangements from when you arrive at Normanton.
A bus option is available to Normanton, but you will need another nights accommodation out there, after an 11 hour journey on a small bus.
